报告人简介：

黄琼湘，新疆大学数学与系统科学学院教授，博士生导师，研究领域为图论、代数图论、图谱理论。黄琼湘教授先后主持国家自然科学基金项目4项，参加国家自然科学基金重点项目一项。在国际国内主流学术期刊Journalof Combinatorial Theory Series B， Journal of CombinatorialAlgebra，Discrete Mathematics， Linear Algebra and its Applications，Discrete AppliedMathematics，Acta Math. 等杂志上发表论文100余篇。2017年获新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步奖二等奖。
