β-transformation with a hole at zero is an interesting example in the field of open dynamics. It is also related to badly approximable numbers in Diophantine approximation. In this talk we will describe the fractal phenomenon and critical values on this topic. This is based on joint work with P. Allaart, C. Kalle, N. Langeveld and W. Li.

报告人简介：

孔德荣，重庆大学百人计划研究员，博士生导师。2012年博士毕业于荷兰代尔夫特理工大学，2016-2018年在荷兰莱顿大学从事博士后研究。研究方向：分形几何、动力系统以及数论的交叉。在Adv. Math.，Trans. AMS等期刊发表论文三十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年以及多项省部级科研项目。
