报告摘要:

In this talk, we discuss the derivation of simultaneous energy estimates for acoustic and vorticity waves in the rarefaction wave region of the two-dimensional isentropic Euler equations. We also examine nonlinear superposition principles involving rarefaction waves with either a shock wave (cf. Majda) or a vortex sheet (cf. Secchi–Coulombel). As an application, we establish the local existence of the shock-rarefaction wave and rarefaction–vortex sheet–rarefaction wave configurations. This is joint work with Prof. Tao Luo from City University of Hong Kong.

报告人简介:

贾瑨,湖南大学数学学院助理教授,2023年博士毕业于清华大学,师从于品教授。主要从事相对论与流体力学中线性波与非线性波的稳定性研究,已发表SCI论文两篇。
