报告摘要：

The problem of finding those graphs that maximize or minimize the spectral radius of a connected graph on n vertices, within a given graph class, has attracted the attention of many researchers. In this talk, we first introduce a partial order on the class of graphs, and then develop graph transformations used to the spectral extremal problem on blow-ups of trees.

报告人简介：

刘慧清，湖北大学数学与统计学学院教授、博导。中国运筹学会图论组合分会理事，湖北省运筹学会常务理事。2004年7月毕业于中科院数学与系统科学研究院，获理学博士学位。2004年7月至2005年8月在南开大学数学科学学院工作，2015年8月至今在湖北大学工作，2016年3月至2017年3月在美国佐治亚州立大学访学一年。主要从事运筹学、图论与组合最优化方面的研究。2004年至今在SCI检索的刊物上发表论文80余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，参与承担国家自然科学基金面上项目5项。获湖北省科学技术奖励自然科学奖三等奖一项。
